What is the BPL Scheme?
The Below Poverty Line (BPL) Health Scheme is a Government of India initiative to provide free or heavily subsidised medical treatment to economically weaker sections of society.
- All cardiac procedures covered including Angiogram, Angioplasty & Pacemaker implantation
- Zero out-of-pocket expenses for eligible BPL cardholders
- Pre-procedure diagnostics (ECG, 2D Echo, TMT) included at no cost
- Medicines and post-procedure follow-up consultations covered

How to Apply?
Follow these simple steps to avail cardiac treatment support under the BPL and SAST welfare schemes at Jayam Hrudayalaya.
Visit the Hospital or Contact Our Helpdesk
Visit Jayam Hrudayalaya at Sripathi Multispeciality Hospital, Hosapete, or contact our support team for assistance. Emergency cardiac patients are attended immediately with priority care.
Submit Documents for Verification
Bring your BPL card, Aadhaar card, SAST proof, income certificate and supporting medical documents. Our team will verify eligibility and assist you with the approval process.
Cardiologist Consultation
After document verification, patients undergo consultation and cardiac evaluation. Necessary tests and treatment plans are recommended based on the patient’s condition.
Scheme Approval & Treatment Planning
Once eligibility is confirmed, our welfare support team completes the required approvals and schedules the procedure or treatment accordingly.
Procedure & Hospital Care
Eligible patients receive advanced cardiac treatment, hospital care and monitoring with financial support under approved welfare schemes.
Recovery & Follow-Up Support
After treatment, patients receive discharge guidance, medicines and follow-up consultation support for smooth recovery and long-term heart care.
